within the Dixie Power coverage zone?

In general, if your home is situated south and east of the Virgin River in St. George, Utah—such as in Washington Fields, Stone Cliffs, Little Valley, Bloomington Hills, or Bloomington—you are likely within the Dixie Power coverage area, not served by St. George Municipal Power.
Once you've confirmed your eligibility, you can access the online New Customer Sign Up form.
For residential energy in 2019, Dixie Power offers a service charge of $25 per month, with an energy charge of $0.060 per kWh. View the updated rate schedule here.
